All you need to do to get started building your dream nest is pick up the phone and give us a call! We’d love to hear from you, even if your renovation dreams are still feeling distant. It’s never too early to start planning your dream home.

At the centre of every renovation project are your needs, goals, and desires. Customization means just that; we tailor our work to you. Some clients prefer to let us handle the details, while others want to be involved in the process. In our consultation and discovery meeting, we’ll gauge your desired level of participation, and be there to guide you through the decision-making process no matter what.

Warranties are very important to us. We want you to know right from the start that your project is backed by quality and trust. We offer highly competitive warranties, so you know your renovation will be stress-free and enjoyable well into the future.

Gold Warranty:

Our comprehensive five-year warranty on all workmanship meets and exceeds the Canadian New Home Warranty Standards. We strive to provide new build quality workmanship or better to all our clients. We include a full transfer of warranty on all products we sell, as well as facilitating claims against material suppliers within the lifetime of those same warranties. Best of all, your unique client number links to a profile that lists every product used on your project, so you’ll always be able to see exactly what’s covered.

Yes. We are insured for $2.5 million in residential liability, including damages and injuries subrogating your home owner’s policy (for added protection while work is under way in your home). Commercially, we are insured for up to $12 million on condominiums and multi-family complexes, and use expert underwriters on a per contract basis as needed for commercial and large-scale residential work.

Yes. We are fully bonded to protect your deposits and retainers. License, deposit, and permit bonds protect consumers by ensuring businesses adhere to a strict code of conduct, and all laws and regulations. These bonds are looked after both provincially and municipally, and insure clients against any losses due to fraudulent actions.

We also hold an “Alberta Direct Sellers/Prepaid Contractors License” under the Alberta Fair Trading Act (FTA), which allows us to legally take security deposits and/or retainers for materials and scheduling of future work. This process includes criminal background checks, and assures you that the license holder has never been in violation of any offence under the FTA.

Yes. We are fully licensed in all regions in the greater Edmonton area.

Yes! Our clients are primarily home owners looking to make improvements for comfort and convenience, but we often work with commercial owners to develop office, retail, and other commercial spaces.

We love design-builds! As a full-service general contractor, we have a comprehensive team ready to help you customize your project from start to finish. Whether you have a specific vision, or don’t know where to start, we can help create a space that is completely unique to you.

Yes. Nest Builder has our own skilled team of renovation professionals and designers, but we also have working relationships with exceptional sub-contractors based in the Edmonton area. Every partner has been carefully selected, and our ability to coordinate our complimentary trades and experts is what makes our projects so unique. Seamless service means you’ll never be left out of the loop, and expert attention in every detail ensures you are receiving the highest quality products and installation in every aspect of your project.

Every project is different, and timelines are always based on the scope of work. A quick retouching for a bathroom may only take a day or two, whereas a detailed kitchen remodel could take up to 5 weeks. When we schedule your project, we’ll give you an accurate timeline so you can anticipate when the work will be completed. Of course, delays can happen, but we always do our best to meet and exceed project deadlines.

Let’s build a space that fits you.
